This was our driest February since we started taking records with only 41mm of rain falling during the month.

As well as rain, some of the precipitation came as snow.

You can see from the picture on the left that it wasn't exactly a blizzard that we experienced.

We have now invested in a more high-tec weather station which we are currently testing prior to using it on this page.

It will allow us to give a more detailed and interesting weather picture / report. hopefully it will be operational in the not too distant future.

Why not start your own weather station up either at school or home and compare your results to ours. we would be interested to see them.
