This image shows two plank like timbers revealed by the falling water level. There is also another timber to the left of the "planks" projecting from the bank into the river just under the water. Panning the camera a little further to the left reveals yet another timber.
It can be seen just above center left of the photograph running at a small diagonal towards the center of the image. Switching the camera view towards the top left of the two planks and yet another timber is revealed.
Highlighted in red the end of another timber can be seen on the bed of the river. Turning to face the bank these next photographs shows timbers still embedded in the alluvial deposits of the bank.
The size of the site does seem to be growing somewhat, although I still have no idea what it is or how old it is.
